I have never had a bad experience with Liberty GMC's service department. They make all my repairs and service experience easy, no matter how big or small the job. Always having your best interest at heart. Never recommending the unnecessary filter or replacing plugs you don't need will actually do what they can to save you a buck and during these uncertain times makes so much sense. Although everyone I've ever encountered has been great George is the man!! Been depending on his advice for as long as I've had my Terrain and will be the very reason I get another...the GMC experience!

Great exp. our air conditioning in the car quit working. Called Liberty yesterday. They got us in today. And they were able to repair the air conditioner. Service writer was excellent. Very helpful and professional. Would recommend to others.

The employees are genuine and attentive. They don't try to overcharge you for unneccessary parts and work. When I drop off my truck I'm greeted by Rob, Jacob, or Harvey and they're ready to send my vehicle over to be serviced quickly. They let me know if they see anything concerning or they'll just give me a heads up on something I need to keep an eye on. I'm confident that my truck gets 1st class service here!
MacMillan (Mac) Chigaru is an excellent salesman. I bought my first GM car from him some 4 years ago. My experience then and now was above par. He is honest, patient, thoughtful and very helpful. I must have sent him a dozen messages over the last six months before my purchase and he was helpful through the whole process. Thanks Mac.
Service was fair people were nice and helpful. At other dealerships my vehicle was always vacuumed and washed prior to being given back to me. This dealership did nothing other than change my oil. No windshield washed no vacuum no vehicle washed. In my opinion very poor customer service.
The rep was extremely courteous and willing to help. The wait was reasonable as well. Great experience overall.

Hunter was simply amazing!!!!However the cashier (young lady not sure of her name) was so rude no greeting no customer service skills what’s over I say Hunter should give her some tips!!Great Job Hunter!!!
Ironically I bought a used Toyota here. It was a great experience. They helped me locate the vehicle, brought it in for a weekend test drive. Purchasing it was easy. I'd highly recommend you give them a visit when you're in the market for a car.

What a great dealership! GM Brad and Salesman Jacob are by far the best I’ve worked with while buying a car/truck. We were treated right during the entire process and there were no pressure sales tactics used at all! I can’t say enough about this dealership. Highly recommend then for you new/used car purchases, they were very far on trade in appraisals also.
You can’t ask for a better staff and experience! Nothing short of the best car buying experience I’ve ever had ! These people not only say they treat you like family but they actually mean it - I never once had the salesman vibe from anyone . Everyone that walked by me while I was there spoke or tried to start a conversation. Ben was the best salesman ever and it really just felt like I was buying a car from a good friend. Recently had oil change and tire rotation on my 2012 Terrain. As usual Hunter McCorkle not only took my reservation for appointment but also checked me in at the dealership. Very personable and gets the job done. Keeps me and my wife coming back. Her 2016 Terrain is also serviced by Liberty.

Absolutely amazing service. Today I had an oil change and a few other minor things completed for less than $100. Why are these other places charging $100 plus dollars for only oil changes and a new filter. I will be back for the life of my encore to this dealership. Oh yeah and they wash your car for free 👍🏽The people are so nice and pleasant and the waiting room is spotless.
Everyone at Liberty Buick GMC was so awesome to work with. We went in on Fathers Day Sunday because we had saw a car on the website that we were interested in once we got there the car was actually sold the night before :( However, that did not stop the awesome staff at Liberty from helping us find the perfect car. We let Brad and Steve know exactly we were looking for and they called a couple days later letting us know that they had one for us to come look at. We went back up there and it was the perfect car. Steve and Ken were tremendous help to us on Thursday when we returned (as Brad on vacation) but that didn't stop him from texting us and checking in with us. They made our car buying experience a breeze and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Thank you all for all your help we are truly happy with our new car!!
I have gone to Liberty Buick GMC for 7 years to service my 2013 GMC Terrain. Robert, the Service Manager, is the best. I can call him (and have for the 7 years) and he is always there to take my call. I am now working with Jacob who is the best too. I would not want anyone or any other place taking care of my car!
This was one of best dealership experiences I have had. Both the salesman(Rusty) and the sales manager(Rob) were top notch. Nothing hidden, no surprises, and willing to answer all questions without heisitation. David in finance was as straight forward as could be, I have nothing but great things to say about everyone I interacted with while there.Keep it up guys, great job.
Minimum level CUSTOMER SERVICE. No business should adopt this type of standard no matter the industry. This was my first experience and last with Liberty Buick GMC. What should have been a very simple routine visit that requires your bare bones minimum level of CUSTOMER SERVICE was just simply ridiculous. I went in for a GM WARRANTY COVERED first oil change and tire rotation. To say they did a very poor job would be the understatement of the year.
Had to revise my rating from 5 to 3 stars because their license plate process needs some work. Jacob C. was great sales assistant helping us buy our 2018 Ford F-150! Thanks Jacob. Brad (manager) did a great job with fair trade in value on my van and finding finance rate better than my credit union. I'd definitely go back to Liberty!

I received excellent customer service from Jacob in the service department. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled for 2pm but didn’t get out till around 3:30. The synthetic oil change and rotation cost me $91 which I think is a bit high. They did hand wash my truck for free, though, which was an added bonus.
Brad, Rusty, and John made this the easiest car purchase for us. They offered a competitive deal and a great value. We had taken our old truck there for service and always had the best service around. We will buy from them again!

I had my previous car serviced at Liberty. For a variety of reasons, I bought my current vehicle at another dealership and have not been happy with the service dept. I called Harvey, my previous service rep, and he welcomed me back to Liberty. Harvey’s genuine interactions and thoroughness brought me back to this dealership/service dept.
😍Look no further for a car!! The guys at Liberty Pontiac went above and beyond to make sure I got a reliable used car (not to mention in SUPERB condition!) AND at an amazing price. Brad and Rusty did everything they could for me..I was even able to bring it back a day later and get it detailed! I will never buy a car from anyone else ever again. Definitely a caring, family oriented car dealership, if I could give them more stars I would!
My Chevy Cruze diesel was running rough and the dash showed a warning to check the exhaust fluid level right away. I called Liberty right away (they are one of the few shops that know how to fix a diesel car correctly in my part of town!). There were multiple things gone wrong but all were fixed in one day; and my warranty was extended so that my cost was limited to the oil change expense. I was kept informed as the issues were discovered and resolved. Jacob was the service adviser and was knowledgeable and respectful. I will be returning for any future maintenance needs. My car now runs great!
